Old Poway Village sells for $6.9 million

The buyer was HCV Old Poway Village LLC, with Mark Hoekstra and Rocco Cortese of The Heritage Group of San Diego as its principals.

The 27,635-square-foot Old Poway Village, a four-building retail center at 14005-14057 Midland Road in Poway, has sold for $6.9 million.

The buyer was HCV Old Poway Village LLC, with Mark Hoekstra and Rocco Cortese of The Heritage Group of San Diego as its principals.

The buyers took out a $4.09 million loan from Western Alliance Bank to purchase the property.

The seller of the property was Old Poway Village Center LLC, a unit of the Lomas Santa Fe Group of Solana Beach.
