Nobody likes litigation - not plaintiffs, not defendants, and, if we are being truthful, we must admit that there are aspects of it that not even the lawyers or the judges like. Still, it is a constitutionally protected right, and we regard our system of justice as one of the very best the world has ever produced. Yet, as the Federal Arbitration Act recognizes, it may not be the best system in all instances for all matters and at all times.
