Lawyer Could Be Disbarred Over Jury Vote

Francis T. Fahy is learning a hard lesson about the importance of jury duty. The San Francisco attorney finds himself dangerously close to losing his law license for changing his vote in a 2004 civil trial for which he was a juror so that he could return to work sooner. Last week, the State Bar Court's Review Department agreed that Fahy be disbarred. The state Supreme Court will have the ultimate say.
