Appellate Court Upholds Teenager's Murder Sentence of Two 25-to-Life Terms

The 4th District Court of Appeals in Santa Ana let stand a double sentence of 25-year-to life for a fifteen year old convicted gang member. His attorney and a dissenting judge argue it is cruel and unusual punishment.
