Driving Drunk on a Suspended License Is a Deportable Crime, Court Rules
Writing for a six-member majority, the enbanc 9th U.S. Circuit panel found that drunken driving "offenses committed with the knowledge that one's driver's license has been suspended or otherwise restricted are crimes involving moral turpitude."
