Sorrento Ridge Corporate Center acquired by Boxer Property

The corporate center, which is near the Plaza Sorrento shopping center, is a three-story office property.

Houston-based Boxer Property has acquired Sorrento Ridge Corporate Center, the company's first San Diego office location.

Sorrento Ridge Corporate Center, 7220 Trade St., is a three-story atrium-style office property offering more than 100,000 square feet of office space, with a modern lobby and recently updated common areas, including courtyards and lush landscaping for its tenants.
