A unit of Pacific Urban Residential of Irvine purchased the Rancho Tuscana Apartments in Oceanside for $30 million, or $220,588 per unit, a high premium for a Class B property built in 1975.
The affiliate, PUR Rancho Tuscana LLC, took out a $24.1 million conventional loan from a Mesa West Real Estate fund to make the purchase.
The 136-unit complex, which will now be known as Vue Oceanside, is in the Mira Costa area of Oceanside at 3675 Barnard Drive.
