Shartsis Friese Blames JPMorgan for $1 Million Retirement Plan Error

In a trial that opened Monday in federal court in San Francisco, the law firm's attorney, Frank Cialone, claimed the consultants' shoddy advice led the firm to set its profit-sharing contributions to its retirement plan at a level that could disqualify it from tax benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
