Real estate appraisers settle lawsuit against Bank of America

The plaintiffs settled a wage and hour lawsuit with Bank of America Corp. and a subsidiary for $5.8 million, resolving the employees' claims that the companies misclassified them as salaried workers.

A group of real estate appraisers settled a wage and hour lawsuit with Bank of America Corp. and a subsidiary for $5.8 million, resolving the employees' claims that the companies misclassified them as salaried workers and deprived them of overtime, breaks and other compensation.
