Split Verdict in McKesson Case

Former McKesson Corp. attorney Jay M. Lapine beat back charges of securities fraud Thursday when a jury acquitted him of all counts. Co-defendant and former McKesson board chairman Charles W. McCall was not so lucky.

SAN FRANCISCO - After 10 years of investigation and two trials, former McKesson Corp. attorney Jay M. Lapine beat back charges of securities fraud Thursday when a jury acquitted him of all counts.
