Judge Orders Former Toyota Lawyer's Lawsuit to Arbitration

In a victory for Toyota Motor Corp., a U.S. judge said a former in-house counsel's claim that the automaker concealed evidence in rollover litigation is an extension of his employment dispute.

LOS ANGELES - In a victory for Toyota Motor Corp., a federal judge on Tuesday ordered to arbitration a lawsuit filed by a former in-house counsel accusing the automaker of concealing evidence to deflect liability in rollover crash litigation.
