Supreme Court Takes 9th Circuit DNA Case

The U.S. Supreme Court announced Monday that it would review a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling over whether a convicted felon can file a federal civil rights action in order to seek a new DNA test despite having no substantive claim to base his request on.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court announced Monday that it would review a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling over whether a convicted felon can file a federal civil rights action in order to seek a new DNA test despite having no substantive claim to base his request on.
