Plaintiffs' Firm Will Get Paid In McAfee Suit

A federal judge has ruled that a Silicon Valley plaintiffs' firm is entitled to fees - as much as $800,000 - for representing former McAfee Inc. employees trying to exercise their stock options grants.

SAN JOSE - A federal judge has ruled that a Silicon Valley plaintiffs' firm is entitled to fees - as much as $800,000 - for representing former McAfee Inc. employees trying to exercise their stock options grants.

The former employees sued after McAfee, reeling from a backdating investigation, blocked them from exercising the options.
