Deal Goes Flat as Coca-Cola Fizzes Over Plaintiffs' Lawyer

Pepsi, apparently, goes down easier than Coke. At least that's the implication from the Coca-Cola Co.'s feisty reaction to a lawsuit filed this week by Attorney General Bill Lockyer and Los Angeles City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo alleging that some soft drink bottles pose a lead risk to customers.
