REIT Buys Two Southern California Shopping Centers for $47.1 Million

Pan Pacific Retail Properties Inc. acquired two grocery-anchored neighborhood centers in Southern California - Larwin Square in Tustin and Gordon Ranch Marketplace in Chino Hills. The properties total 324,700 square feet of space. Pan Pacific acquired the shopping centers through separate transactions for $28.5 million and $18.6 million, respectively.
