Perceived whistleblower's asylum case revived

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals revived an application for asylum by two Armenian citizens after finding that the Board of Immigration Appeals incorrectly reviewed the case.

The 2-1 decision provides important support for persecuted foreign citizens seeking entry into the U.S., according to the petitioners' counsel.
