Ex-Legal-Aid Lawyer Will Be Courts' Lobbyist
Curtis L. Child, principal consultant to the state Assembly Committee on Human Services, will take over in December as director of the Office of Governmental Affairs. Child replaces Kate Howard, who left in October after 17 years with the office, four of them in the director position.
