WASHINGTON - In a case that could significantly affect the scope of future arbitration agreements, a highly engaged U.S. Supreme Court considered Wednesday whether parties can agree to arbitration provisions that allow for more expansive judicial oversight than what is normally provided under federal arbitration law.
