Jury Awards Workers $3.3 Million in Sterility Case

LOS ANGELES - A Los Angeles County Superior Court jury has awarded $3.3 million to six of 12 Nicaraguan men who claimed that exposure to a pesticide used on banana plantations 30 years ago caused their sterility or low sperm counts.
