Widow Loses Case in Closed Trial, but Questions Remain

The widow of a Jewish Defense League member who was killed in prison in 2005 lost her wrongful death lawsuit against the U.S. government, but U.S. District Judge Stephen V. Wilson's decision to close the two-day trial to the public has raised questions about his handling of the case.
