Chuze Fitness building in Santee sold for $4.9 million

Chuze Fitness signed a 12-year lease in July 2015. The company is subject to a 7.14 percent rent increase in 2019, a 6.67 percent increase in 2023 and a 10 percent increase for each option year.

A 21,500-square-foot building fully occupied by a Chuze Fitness at 215 Town Center Parkway in Santee sold for $4.9 million.

The buyer was Paragon Properties of Sherman Oaks and the seller was Chasra LLC.

The listing brokers were Chad Iafrate and Kevin Held of Cushman & Wakefield.

There was no buyer broker on the transaction, according to The CoStar Group.
