Paul Kiesel, a Beverly Hills plaintiffs' attorney, employed an unusual tactic recently in an ongoing wrongful death case. Instead of preparing a DVD depicting his client's loss, as he has done in the past, Kiesel loaded up four iPads with a 14-minute visual presentation and an accompanying brief and gave them to defense lawyers.
