Insurers Seek to Kill New Regs

Taking a swing at new health insurance regulations meant to prevent Californians from losing coverage after they fall ill, an industry trade group has sued the state's Insurance Commissioner.

Taking a swing at new regulations that aim to prevent Californians from having their health insurance revoked after they fall ill, an industry trade group filed a lawsuit against state Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner claiming he overstepped his authority.
