Crematory Conflicts Complex to Litigate

The inevitability of demographics and human mortality sets the stage for growth in the $12 billion industry of handling human remains and more litigation is likely.

A still-grieving daughter opens up the container carrying what is supposed be the ashes of her mother. But something is wrong. She discovers suspicious pieces of metal - possibly dental work and snaps from a hospital gown - mixed in with the remains.
