Hurst's practice got a big boost last month when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in her client's favor that copyright owners cannot prevent the import and resale of goods that were legally sold abroad.


At the heart of the dispute are copyright owners who want to stop so-called "gray market" sales of products bought in one geographic area and then re-sold elsewhere at a higher price.
