I read with interest the article on the State Bar's consideration of discrimination, on a blanket basis due to age, against senior lawyers. ["State Bar homes in on older lawyers," June 6]. Are senile lawyers really a problem for the State Bar? I am told the State Bar has disciplinary powers over attorneys who harm clients in place.
