State Bar homes in on older lawyers

A State Bar panel intends to propose that all California lawyers over a certain age, possibly 50, be required to take a continuing legal education course on recognizing age-related cognitive impairment.

LOS ANGELES - A State Bar panel intends to propose that all California lawyers over a certain age, possibly 50, be required to take a continuing legal education course on recognizing age-related cognitive impairment.
