Lawyer faces suspension for inappropriate correspondence with judge
The State Bar Court has recommended that a San Diego lawyer be suspended from practicing law for 90 days for inappropriately sending letters to a judge and appearing at the jurist's home to discuss a pending legal matter.

The State Bar Court has recommended that a San Diego lawyer be suspended from practicing law for 90 days for inappropriately sending letters to a judge and appearing at the jurist's home to discuss a pending legal matter.
