Judge orders trade secrets theft suspect held in jail until trial
The man accused of stealing a valuable trade secret from DuPont and sharing it with the Chinese government will stay in jail until trial, a federal judge said Tuesday, overturning a magistrate judge's decision to allow supervised release.

The man accused of stealing a valuable trade secret from DuPont Co. and sharing it with the Chinese government will stay in jail until trial, a federal judge said Tuesday, overturning a magistrate judge's decision last month to allow him out on supervised release after 19 months behind bars.
U.S. District Judge Jeffrey S. White did not provide explanation of his decision, but promised to do so...
