Broadcom prosecutor founds litigation-finance boutique
Andrew Stolper, a former assistant U.S. attorney who prosecuted the government's failed case against wireless giant Broadcom several years ago, left the office last week to start a private equity boutique specializing in litigation finance.

Andrew Stolper, a former assistant U.S. attorney who prosecuted the government's failed case against wireless giant Broadcom several years ago, left the office last week to start a private equity boutique specializing in litigation finance.
Stolper will partner with former Federal Bureau of Investigations agent Peter Norell Jr. in Cox Capital, Stolper confirmed Wednesday.
