Appeals court may unseal documents in Jackson wrongful-death suit

The move could see the release of evidence that Michael Jackson's mother and children say links a concert promoter to the singer's death. A jury trial is set to begin in three weeks.

A state appellate court this week said it's inclined to unseal roughly 2,500 documents in the wrongful death civil suit filed by Michael Jackson's family, a move that could see the release of evidence that plaintiffs say links a concert promoter to the singer's death.
