PG&E admits liability, could limit damages in San Bruno explosion cases
Pacific Gas & Electric said Tuesday it will admit liability for a 2010 San Bruno pipeline explosion that killed eight people and destroyed 38 homes, a move that could limit damages in dozens of lawsuits against the company.
