Leniency proposal for foreign bribery prosecutions catches D.C.'s eye

SAN FRANCISCO - A couple years ago, Baker & McKenzie partner Robert W. Tarun sat down to analyze the four biggest foreign bribery prosecutions in recent years in an effort to craft a new leniency plan for companies that cooperate with the government.
