High court to weigh arrest in Cheney confrontation

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to weigh whether a man can sue federal agents for arresting him after telling then-Vice President Dick Cheney he was disgusted with the Iraq war.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to weigh whether a Colorado man can sue federal agents for arresting him after he told then-Vice President Dick Cheney he was disgusted with the Iraq war and touched Cheney on the shoulder.
