High court skeptical of deadline delay in securities suit

The U.S. Supreme Court signaled Tuesday it would strike down a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision delaying the deadline for insider trading lawsuits until the traders report to government regulators.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court signaled Tuesday it would strike down a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision delaying the deadline for insider trading lawsuits until the traders file disclosure reports with government regulators.
