IP suit against China to proceed in US

A family-owned software developer got a boost in its intellectual property case against the People's Republic of China and multiple international software companies Tuesday.

LOS ANGELES - A family-owned software developer got a boost in its $2.2 billion intellectual property case against the Chinese government and multiple international software companies and computer manufacturers when a federal judge denied several of the defendants' motions to dismiss the case Tuesday.


The ruling allows the intellectual property lawsuit to proceed in U.S. courts.
