Transgender Employee Sues Retailer for Discrmination
In one of the first discrimination lawsuits brought under a 2004 state law amendment protecting transgender workers, a former Burlington Coat Factory employee sued the retailer Tuesday, saying she endured years of groping and other harassment from coworkers and customers after her transition from a man to a woman in 2001.
