High Court Weighs Toxic Site Cleanup

Several U.S. Supreme Court justices questioned the breadth of a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision requiring Shell Oil Co. pay part of the cleanup costs for a California Superfund site because the company delivered agricultural chemicals there.
