Band Sues Over Likeness in Game

No Doubt claims publisher Activision Blizzard is improperly using the band members' likenesses in a video game.

Rock band No Doubt has sued publisher Activision Blizzard Inc. for improperly using the band members' likenesses in a video game, opening the latest chapter in an ongoing saga featuring public figures filing lawsuits over the use of their images in games.
