Google Inc. and Yahoo Inc. are no strangers to allegations of "click fraud." Those cases have settled. Now it's Facebook's turn.

SAN JOSE - Google Inc. and Yahoo Inc. are no strangers to allegations of "click fraud" - complaints by advertisers that search engines are not doing enough to prevent fraudulent user clicks that drive up their costs.
