Are Judge Clerkships Losing Luster?

As the economy puts more pressure on firms, a onetime guarantee of opportunities sees its luster dim.

LOS ANGELES Josh Post graduated from Southwestern Law School and started a clerkship with U.S. District Judge Otis D. Wright II in Los Angeles in 2007. At the time, it seemed like clerking was the ticket to a gilded legal career.
