Judge Accused of Bribing Political Opponent
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Harvey A. Silberman and two consultants who worked on his 2008 judicial campaign have been indicted for allegedly offering bribes in an unsuccessful attempt to induce his election opponent - a county prosecutor - to not to run against him.
