GM Offers Concessions In Bankruptcy
In the face of pressure from politicians and consumer groups, General Motors Corp. changed course and agreed to accept responsibility for product liability claims filed after it emerges from bankruptcy. The concession came as part of a plan being considered by a New York bankruptcy court Tuesday.
