Inmates Don't Have Right to Review DNA, Justices Rule

A sharply split U.S. Supreme Court ruled Thursday that prison inmates have no constitutional right to review DNA evidence, marking yet another reversal this term for the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
