High Court Revives 49ers Pat-Down Suit
Sonya Winner, lawyer at Covington and Burlingon, is defending the San Francisco 49ers from a legal challenge to the team's pat-down security policy, which is used by NFL teams across the country. On Monday, the California Supreme Court revived a lawsuit filed by two fans against the policy.
