Bill Vetoed For Civil Court Interpreters
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has vetoed a bill that would have provided interpreters for high-priority civil cases in Los Angeles and other counties, blaming his decision on the Legislature's failure to pass a state budget on time.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has vetoed a bill that would have provided interpreters for high-priority civil cases in Los Angeles and other counties, blaming his decision on the Legislature's failure to pass a state budget on time.
He also rejected a bill that would have facilitated public/private partnerships in the renovation and construction of courthouses.
