Eco Buildings Could Spell Green for Lawyers

SAN FRANCISCO - Regulations requiring environmentally friendly building have reached dizzying heights in California. In the past year and a half, the number of cities and counties adopting mandatory green building standards more than doubled.

While there may be legal bumps in the road as more green buildings spring up, the trend is here to stay, lawyers say.
