Alameda Seeks Feedback on Calendaring

The Alameda County Superior Court is asking civil attorneys to weigh in on its new civil direct calendar system put into effect in July 2007.

The Alameda County Superior Court is asking civil attorneys to weigh in on its new civil direct calendar system put into effect in July 2007. Responses to the First Annual Civil Direct Calendar Survey will be kept anonymous.

The online survey is intended to gauge whether the new system is working, as well as areas where it can be improved. A direct calendar system is one in which a matter is assigned to same judge for the entire the case.
