Late E-Mails Derail Stock Options Trial
The Northern District's third criminal stock options case took a detour Wednesday after a batch of documents was delivered late Tuesday night to prosecutors trying to prove that Kent H. Roberts, McAfee Inc.'s former general counsel, manipulated the date on his stock purchase.
