Justices OK Ford's Request to Remand Rollover Case to Panel
WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday ordered a San Diego appellate court to take a second look at a ruling that would require Ford Motor Co. to pay a $55 million punitive-damages award to a California woman who was paralyzed after her Ford Explorer sport utility vehicle rolled over on a highway.
